Teknik bir terim olarak OPEX, bir organizasyonun stratejilerini rakiplerinden daha tutarl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenilir bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fctme yetene\u011fidir.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Ancak bu tan\u0131m, kavram\u0131n derinli\u011fini tam olarak kar\u015f\u0131lamaz.
