- MODULE 1 - BASIC LEVEL LEAN PRODUCTION TRAININGS
M1/01 - BASIC LEAN PRODUCTION
It is a training study covering both theoretical and practical applications where the foundations of Lean Production, which is the first step of the development journey, are laid. With this study, participants understand the difference of Lean Production from traditional production methods and get the basic gains necessary for workshop application. This training is given together with M1-02 Lean production tools conveyor line application.
Participant Profile : Participants of all levels who want to have basic knowledge about Lean Production can participate in this training.
Duration of Training : Half day
M1/02 - LEAN PRODUCTION TOOLS -CONVEYOR LINE APPLICATION
Basically, it is a practical workshop on the conveyor line structure, based on the main principle of Lean in the theoretical training, which is based on creating flow and developing an eye for waste detection. In this workshop, participants learn how to identify the 7 Basic Wastes and the importance of business standards.
Participant Profile : Participants of all levels who want to have basic knowledge about Lean Production can participate in this training.
Duration of Training : Half day
M1/03 - LEAN TECHNIQUES AND INTEGRATION CELL TYPE LINE APPLICATION
For participants who have basic Lean Production Theory and Waste Awareness, this workshop, which shows the integration of lean techniques into the production line in practice, focuses on techniques that participants can reveal effective results in their own work areas.
In this workshop, based on the example of lean cell manufacturing, kaizen topics that are important for factories such as job analysis and balancing of all operations, increasing production efficiency, reducing manpower, improving quality level, reducing space utilization are given practically.
Participant Profile : This training should be attended by field leaders and managers who have attended M1/01-02 trainings or who are aware of Basic Lean Manufacturing.

M1 / 04 VISUAL MANAGEMENT AND LINE SETUP BASICS
The most motivating implementation step in the integration of Lean Tools is usually line visualization. If Visual Management is established away from the basic principles, problems arise in terms of not being able to use the tools correctly and not being able to transform them into cultural activity.
In this training, we especially focus on the functions of 5S activities and the methods of using visual management and visual control tools correctly and creating effective results. In addition, since these techniques are very important in visual factory work, the basic conditions in line / cell installation are among the topics that this training focuses on.
Participant Profile : Field leaders and managers who have basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and are aware of implementing 5S activities should participate.
