MODULE 2 - ADVANCED LEVEL TRAININGS
Improve your perspective with lean production technical analysis training programs.
- MODULE 2 - ADVANCED LEAN TECHNICAL ANALYSIS TRAININGS
M2/01 - VSM - VALUE STREAM ANALYSIS TRAININGS
The first training topic that comes first in order to protect the value obtained after the techniques of creating flow and increasing added value learned in Module 1 trainings and to spread it to the entire process is Value Stream Analysis. The value stream allows us to look at the entire process holistically, revealing the value-added and non-value-added periods within the delivery time extending from the information and product flow to the customer, allowing us to see the bottlenecks.
After the first part of the Value Stream Analysis training, which is generally theoretical in nature, a sample study is carried out on a scenario and VSM analysis is transferred to the participants practically with all its instruments.
Participant Profile : Field managers and engineers who have completed Module 1 Trainings or have beginner level Lean Manufacturing Knowledge should attend. .
Duration of Training : 1 day

M2 / 02- STANDARD WORK - LINE BALANCING ANALYSIS TRAININGS
In this training study, in which the Standard work, which is the most basic tool of Lean Production, is discussed both theoretically and practically, the function and components of the standard work are emphasized.
In order to create standard work, time study analysis is effectively demonstrated in this study and bottleneck process improvements are exemplified. In order to clearly learn the difference between a production line without a standard work structure and a production line where the foundations of standard work are established, this is the training study that should be taken in the second place in our advanced level trainings.
Participant Profile : Process, method, production engineers, production engineers and field leaders who have completed basic level trainings can participate in this study.
Duration of Training :1 day

M2/03 - SMED - MODEL CHANGEOVER TIME ANALYSIS TRAINING
SMED = Single Minute Exchange of Die. It is still an effective method that aims to increase flexibility and efficiency by minimizing downtime in production processes.
Thanks to this applied study, in which we examine model change times in detail with Smed analysis and identify wasteful elements that prolong the time, both theoretically and practically, participants will gain the necessary competencies to reduce model change times to single minute levels in their own enterprises and increase equipment availability.
Participant Profile : Field managers, set-up leaders and engineers with a basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing should attend.
Duration of Training : 1 day

M2 / 04- ON-SITE QUALITY - POKAYOKE TRAININGS
It is one of the main principles of Lean Thinking that quality is produced by creating quality product requirements in the process rather than ensuring quality by controlling the product. In this training, the methods of designing the process by providing Quality requirements in production lines with standard work are conveyed to the participants with both theoretical and practical applications.
Participant Profile : This workshop is suitable for field managers, engineers and quality engineers who are familiar with lean principles.
Duration of Training :1 day

M2/05 - WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP TRAININGS
With the introduction of field management and development systems, the role of leaders within the organization becomes more important.
Developing the managerial competencies of leaders is an important strategy for transitioning to daily management, especially in production activities. In terms of active field management, one of the main objectives of the Field Leader Development program is for leaders to master PDCA management and the use of Lean Tools.
It is especially important for first-degree field managers and leaders to participate in our training, which is designed as a workshop, in order to improve their managerial skills.
Participant Profile : Field leaders and mid-level managers who want to use lean tools and have knowledge of lean tools can participate
Duration of Training : 3 days

M2 / 06- A3 PRACTICAL PROBLEM SOLVING
The problems encountered in daily field management and the development of field leaders' perspective and problem solving techniques for the management of these problems will take the daily operation one step further and maintain standards.
A3 Practical Problem Solving is the most appropriate method for leaders to quickly intervene in problems and reduce the impact of the problem. Field managers and leaders who know how to use Lean tools and have theoretical knowledge should participate in this theoretical and practical training, which provides quick access to the root cause.
Participant Profile : This workshop is a continuation of M2-05 Workshop management and leadership training, and field leaders and workshop managers who have knowledge on field management, kaizen, visual management can participate.
Duration of Training :1 day
