Model fabrikalar, i\u015fletmelerin teorik bilgiyi pratik uygulama ile birle\u015ftirdi\u011fi, risk almadan deneyim kazanabildi\u011fi &#8220;uygulamal\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme merkezleri&#8221; olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Temel ama\u00e7, sadece yeni bir teknolojiyi \u00f6\u011fretmek de\u011fil, personelin ve y\u00f6netimin zihniyet yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 (mindset) de\u011fi\u015ftirerek s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirme k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc (Kaizen) a\u015f\u0131lamakt\u0131r. Klasik e\u011fitimlerde genellikle tek bir uzmanl\u0131k alan\u0131na odaklan\u0131l\u0131rken, model fabrika ortam\u0131nda lojistikten kaliteye, bak\u0131mdan \u00fcretime kadar t\u00fcm departmanlar\u0131n birbiriyle nas\u0131l etkile\u015fti\u011fi b\u00fct\u00fcnsel (holistik) bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Model Fabrikalar Kimler \u0130\u00e7in Uygundur?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Model fabrikalar, \u00f6l\u00e7ek fark etmeksizin t\u00fcm imalat sanayi i\u015fletmeleri i\u00e7in uygundur. \u00d6zellikle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kaynaklarla y\u00fcksek verim elde etmek zorunda olan KOB\u0130&#8217;ler i\u00e7in bu merkezler paha bi\u00e7ilemez bir kaynakt\u0131r. Ancak sadece \u00fcretim personeli i\u00e7in de\u011fil; \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticiler, \u00fcretim m\u00fcd\u00fcrleri, metot m\u00fchendisleri ve hatta destek birimleri (sat\u0131nalma, planlama) i\u00e7in de kritik \u00f6\u011frenme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buna ek olarak, m\u00fchendislik \u00f6\u011frencileri ve akademisyenler i\u00e7in teorik bilgilerin end\u00fcstriyel ger\u00e7eklikle test edildi\u011fi bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc i\u015flevi g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Kalk\u0131nma Program\u0131 (UNDP) ve \u00e7e\u015fitli Sanayi Odalar\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fiyle Ankara, Bursa, \u0130zmir, Gaziantep, Konya, Kayseri ve Mersin gibi sanayi \u015fehirlerinde model fabrikalar kurulmu\u015ftur. Bu merkezler, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin milli teknoloji hamlesi kapsam\u0131nda yerli \u00fcreticinin k\u00fcresel rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki bu yap\u0131lanmalar, sadece birer e\u011fitim merkezi de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmeti sunan merkezlerdir. Firmalar bu merkezlere giderek &#8220;\u00d6\u011fren-D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f&#8221; programlar\u0131na kat\u0131lmakta ve kendi fabrikalar\u0131nda uzmanlar e\u015fli\u011finde uygulama yapmaktad\u0131rlar.
