General Qualifications

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in TPS - Lean Production, TPM and continuous improvement
  • Preferably worked for many years in Japanese companies or Global Companies
  • To be able to work actively in the field and act with the principle of Genchi Genbutsu
  • To have a good command of Japanese style management thinking and be able to reflect this thinking
  • Communicate effectively with field staff and demonstrate the principle of human development in the field
  • Problem perception, quick suggestion and deep kaizen knowledge and experience
  • Experienced in project management and realization of the project schedule
  • Ability to spend most of his/her time active in the field
  • Enjoying traveling and teaching people new things

Expected Competencies

  • At least 15 years of experience in Field Applications and Field Management
  • Played an active role in Lean, TPS, TPM processes in the organizations he worked for
  • Experience as a manager in the field
  • Industrial / Mechanical / Electronics / Materials engineering academic background
  • Or coming from the field organization and becoming a manager with seniority
  • Worked and experienced in Production / Method / Maintenance / Quality / Planning units
