M3 / 02- COST KAIZEN TRAININGS
As a continuation of the Advanced Kaizen Practices training, our next training program focusing on cost improvement in operations management is our Cost Kaizen training.
This course will teach participants to identify the factors that influence product cost and develop strategies to reduce costs. We will also explore effective techniques for managing unit costs while maintaining product quality, touching on important topics such as Value Engineering and Value Analysis.
Participant Profile : All technical team, R&D - method, quality, production engineers who have sufficient knowledge on advanced kaizen practices training topics and can define costs can participate in this study.

M3/03 - A3 TBP PROBLEM SOLVING
The problem solving skills of field leaders and managers play a critical role in the success of organizations. In order to improve existing standards and create new opportunities, it is crucial to recognize effective problem solving tools and utilize statistical methods.
The A3 method is an effective tool for reporting the possible positive and negative consequences of activities in future planning. In this study, we will focus on the Toyota Business Development Method (TBP), which is the high-level format of A3, and we will address the problem in 8 steps and develop solution methods together.
Our goal in this training is to build a strong problem solving culture to increase organizational efficiency and ensure sustainable success.

M3 / 04- LEAN LEADERSHIP AND PRACTITIONER PROGRAM FOR ENGINEERS
In the Lean transformation process to achieve operational excellence, there is a need for an active leadership structure that will continuously follow and develop this culture. The Lean Leadership Program we offer at our technical training center aims to train competent engineers to meet this need.
