Who is Yamazaki?

He is a field manager and Kaizen Expert who has been Taiichi Ohno's Kaizen Leader, raised with the Kaizen Philosophy and dedicated his life to working in line with Ohno's Principles.

From Japan to China, from China to the Philippines, from there to Turkey, he has guided the development of many companies that are the leaders of their sectors that have applied kaizen in the field in different cultures, and developed senior management.

He shares his managerial experience in the production field in different sectors with company managers in the field and transfers factory management with kaizen in daily activities.

It emphasizes the importance of the management approach in the field from the moment the problem is identified and aims to show that Kaizen is a daily management tool by transferring the opportunities obtained from the problems not only to managers but also to field personnel.

With its approaches, it not only focuses on practices but also assumes an educative role.
Identifies strategic objectives for a company structure and planning that can challenge the top management and competitors. Ensures that the necessary organization is created to reflect the strategies on the field and creates the implementation plan.

Implements TPS practices together with senior management in order to realize the strategies.

Yamazaki explains Lean, which is a real way of thinking, to both managers and company employees with his own experiences and life view. He conveys the focus on cost and kaizen issues that provide real cost advantage to the participants in his seminars and trainings with examples.
