After completing his training in Japan, he took important roles in setting up the press and welding lines at the Toyotetsu Turkey plant.
During his time at Toyotetsu Turkey, working together with Takahiro TAKAKI and Keishi NAKAYAMA, important names in TPS, he received and applied continuous training in TPS, Kaizen, standard work, 5S and other topics, and trained many valuable engineers and leaders.
Through MONOZUKURI activities carried out with Toyota Motor Corporation engineers and productivity improvement work on the press lines, he ensured that Toyotetsu Turkey kept its position as an excellent factory within the Toyota Group.
During his time as press production manager at Toyotetsu Turkey, with the kaizens he carried out on the press lines, Turkey's largest sheet metal processing capacity, he kept the plant consistently in the top five for efficiency within the Toyota and Toyotetsu group.
According to Hakan Morsallı, the success of TPS steps and Kaizen is achieved not at the desk but on the shop floor, through Genchi Genbutsu (going to see) and everyone's participation. If 5S is not in place in a company, expecting success in safety, quality and production will be fruitless.
