Advanced Kaizen Practices
After improving your basic Kaizen and problem-solving competencies, in this training you will get to know methods of proven effectiveness. We focus on topics that will let you achieve effective results in various operation areas, applied by OEM manufacturers. In the training, many important topics such as process management, quality control, ergonomics, line flows, cell types, 3M analyses and material flow designs are conveyed with supporting example applications. With this training you can take your Kaizen level a step further through cost-focused improvement practices. With your participation, you will be taking an important step toward increasing your organizational efficiency.
Cost Kaizen Training
As a continuation of the Advanced Kaizen Practices training, our next training program focusing on cost improvement in operations management is our Cost Kaizen training. This training will teach participants to identify the factors affecting product cost and develop cost reduction strategies. We will also touch on important topics such as Value Engineering and Value Analysis, and explore effective techniques for managing unit costs while maintaining product quality.
A3 TBP Problem Solving
The problem-solving skills of shop floor leaders and managers play a critical role in organizations' success. To improve existing standards and create new opportunities, it is very important to know effective problem-solving tools well and to make use of statistical methods. The A3 method is an effective tool for reporting the possible positive and negative outcomes of activities in future planning. In this work, focusing on the Toyota Business Practice (TBP), the top-level format of A3, we will handle the problem in 8 steps and develop solution methods together. Our goal in this training is to build a strong problem-solving culture to increase organizational efficiency and ensure sustainable success.
Lean Leadership and Practitioner Program for Engineers
To reach operational excellence, the Lean transformation process needs an active leadership structure that continuously monitors and develops this culture. The Lean Leadership Program offered at our technical training center aims to train competent engineers who will meet this need. Lean leaders who complete the program will have the skills to turn the gains they acquire into added value in their own areas. For participants to successfully complete the Leadership Program, they will be asked to present improvement projects in their own work areas at the end of the training.
