KVKK Privacy Notice

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by the data controller Gemba Partner Mühendislik ve Yazılım A.Ş. ("Gemba Partner") within the scope described below.

Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary for providing the service, to our group companies (Gemba Partner GmbH and Gemba Digital), to our business partners from whom we receive hosting, email and CRM services and to authorized public institutions, within the scope of KVKK Articles 8 and 9.

6. Retention Period

Your data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Pursuant to KVKK Article 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to learn the parties to whom it is transferred, to object to processing and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
