By sharing the production floor management experience he gained in different sectors with company managers on the shop floor, he practically teaches kaizen and factory management within daily activities. Emphasizing the importance of the shop floor management approach from the moment a problem is identified, he shows that Kaizen is a daily management tool.

He ensures the organization needed to reflect strategies to the shop floor is built and creates the implementation plan.
