General Qualifications
✓
Expertise in TPS – Lean Production, TPM and continuous improvement
✓
Experience at Japanese or global companies is a plus
✓
Ability to work on the shop floor with the Genchi Genbutsu principle
✓
Effective communication on the shop floor and an approach focused on people development
Expected Competencies
✓
At least 15 years of shop-floor operations and management experience
✓
Active involvement in Lean, TPS and TPM processes
✓
Background in production, mechanical, electronics or materials engineering
✓
Experience in production, methods, maintenance, quality or planning departments
